Muhammad Amir

Muhammad Amir is Group chairman- Kingdom Capital for Investments, he also chairs KINGDOM LNG- Canada & other family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1985, and Mr. Amir has over 10 years of experience in Trade & investment with specialist knowledge of the Mining, Cement, Dairy & Agriculture, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical sectors. He also acts as an Adviser to numbers of African Semi Government organization.
Mr. Amir headed up the investment activities for KC Capital Markets in Canada, Australia, Gulf region, Africa, Europe and Asia and drove a major expansion of KC’s Global presence. Prior to this role, he headed up KC’s activities in the Metals and Mining sector in Africa and Asia for many years, and continues to enjoy strong relationships within the sector. He also served as a Director on the Board of KC’s main operating Gems & Jewellery firm AMIR DIAMOND in Canada. He has a Business Administration Degree in International Business CSM-IGS Canada.
Mr. Ashraf comes from a finance and banking background with over 15 years of experience working with two of Canada’s top banks: CIBC & Scotiabank, specializing in in Secured Real Estate lending.He also has
experience working in the Mortgage Broker world with two of Canada’s top super Brokerages and having earned the mortgage professional designation as an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP).
Mr. Ashraf is an award winning REALTOR® with about 10 years of experience as a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Professional having worked in Residential Re-sale, Lease, Pre-Construction Sales, Commercial Sales & Leases. Mr. Ashraf has earned the industry’s prestigious designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative ABR® by National Association of REALTORS® and certifications as Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), & Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) by Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
Mr. Ashraf has previously served as Board of Director & Treasurer for Metro Toronto Condominium Corporation (M.T.C.C) #1229 Condo Board of Directors as Treasurer overseeing and monitoring the high level financial policies of the board. He has also served as Board of Director/ Treasurer ( Finance & Budget Committee) as part of the Executive Committee of the Toronto Kiwanis Boys & Girls Club. Most recently, Mr. Ashraf was involved with Young Professional Network (YPN) Committee at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
Mr. Ashraf currently serves on the Communications & Member Engagement Committee with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
Mr. Ashraf holds a Bachelor’s Degree with majors in Macroeconomics & Organizational Behavior from York University, Toronto.

Mahesh Kumar Reddy

Mr. Reddy has three decades of experience in the natural resources sector mainly in Mining, Engineering, Industrial Construction, finance & investment. Mr. Reddy graduated from Dharward University, he headed up Group’s activities in the Metals and Mining sector in Europe, Africa and Asia for many years, and continues to enjoy strong relationships within the sector where many international expansion and series of transformational mergers and acquisitions took place, He has played a leading role in the origination, establishment and project development of several junior mining companies in India and Africa. Today, being the world’s leading mining company with numbers of operating mines and joint ventures, all in top-tier jurisdictions.
As Group President, Mr. Reddy brings strategic and commercial expertise and governance experience. He is committed to rebuilding trust with communities, Traditional Owners and engaging Governments, partners and other business leaders. He continues to focus on improving operational performance strategic plan on global growth with a mix of strategic metals and industrial minerals. He also heads the commodity trading for the parent company.
His expertise spans underground, open cut and process engineering operations across a variety of commodities including iron ore, gold, bauxite, lithium, copper, diamonds, nickel and oil sands.
Since its inception, the firm has been proved as a leader in the construction and mining contracting arena due to his acumen. By 1995, under the leadership of Mr. Reddy, the firm entered into various segments of civil works in the construction industry and executed various prominent projects in India & Africa and as well forayed in to coal and lime stone mining contracts.
Mr. reddy’s strategy and growth expertise coupled with his operational experience have fostered a strong understanding of the success factors that drive business performance in the mining industry.

Luis holds a Degree in Commerce and Economics, and various licenses in the accounting field and he is the Head of Treasury for Kingdom capital Investment Toronto – Canada. Where he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s corporate liquidity, investments, cash flow and debt financing.
He brings to his role more than 30 years of diverse experience in finance and investments as well as asset management, alternative investments, derivatives, debt financing, private equity and real estate. Prior to joining the Group he chairs Head of Investments, Capital Markets & Finance, managing the company with an annual turnover of US$1 billion. Previously, he held other senior management roles in finance and Investment Company and Asset Management Company, among others.
Luis Fernandes is a financial expert with a remarkable history of guiding major corporate mergers; he has an outstanding background in supporting executive boards.
Luis brings to the table 30-years of varied experience in the financial management. With his Performance in leading financial institutions in Kuwaiti Companies (Kuwait Financial Center -Markaz, Pearl of Kuwait Real Estate Company and COAST Investment & Development Company), he was assigned to establish and manage a family office leading a model multi-million-dollar portfolio of global assets with strategies for short-medium-long term investments with viable exit strategies.
With his remarkable experience and analytical background, Luis was recommended to be a member of the board and officer to manage real estate investments and Hotel chains in Europe & USA and Industrial projects in Germany.

Sewanyana Kironde

Mr. Kironde is Chief Investment Officer – Debt & Capital Markets, Asset Management for KC Group. He is responsible for managing the KC’s proprietary assets as well as client’s investments in equity and fixed income funds.Mr. Kironde has over 30 years of international experience in alternative investments and wealth management. Mr. Kironde established and was General Manager of Gamma Advisors and has served as Managing Director of alternative investment firm Investcorp and Pine Bridge Investments (Middle East). Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director of ABN AMRO Bank (Schweiz) AG, Chief Investment Officer of Chase Manhattan Bank (Switzerland)’s Wealth Management unit and was a Director of JP Morgan (Suisse). Before J.P. Morgan, Mr. Kironde worked at the Chase Investment Bank co-heading the corporate finance division and before that at CS First Boston.Mr. Kironde holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in folklore and mythology from Harvard University.
